Privacy Notice (KVKK)

We process your personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice explains how we use the information you share with us through the contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp.

Personal data we process

We process the following information you share when sending a request:

  • Full name and company / hotel name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Request type and the content of your message
  • For the newsletter: your email address, language preference and subscription date
  • Information you share in WhatsApp, email or phone conversations

Purposes of processing

We process your personal data to:

  • Review and respond to your quote, sample and product requests
  • Send you emails about new products, collections and offers, if you have agreed to it
  • Get in touch with you and follow up on your request
  • Plan order and shipping processes
  • Fulfil our legal obligations

Collection method and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations, and it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. For the newsletter, your email address is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to one of our emails or writing to [email protected].

Transfer of personal data

Your data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary for the purposes above, to the hosting, email and communication service providers we work with, to Google LLC (whose servers are abroad) for measuring site usage if you allow it in the cookie preferences, and, when requested, to authorised public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

Retention period

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to complete your request and for the periods required by the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods we delete, destroy or anonymise it.

Cookies and personalisation

Your favourites and recently viewed products are stored only in your browser so that these features work. If you allow it in the cookie preferences, the products you view, add to your favourites or request a quote for, and your clicks on featured products, are also stored in your browser so that we can choose the featured products on the home page according to your interests. This interest profile is never sent to our servers, loses its weight over time and is deleted when you withdraw your consent via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. With the same consent, we count how often each featured product is shown and clicked, and the totals hold only the product name and the counts. So that the same visitor is not counted twice, a digest derived from your IP address, which does not contain the address itself, is kept for at most 24 hours. With the same consent, we measure your visits with Google Analytics to improve the site: the pages you view, device and browser details and your approximate location are sent to Google, linked to the _ga cookies in your browser. No advertising cookies are used; when you withdraw your consent, measurement stops and these cookies are deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
  • Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to
  • Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You can send requests about your rights by email to [email protected] or in writing to our administrative office. We conclude your application within 30 days at the latest.
